AskShop AI builds AI customer service for merchants who already own their traffic. We are not an all-in-one marketing suite — we make replies, store knowledge, and predictable pricing work well for growing shops that need a brand-aware AI clerk.

Our team has spent years with Taiwan local stores and cross-border independent sellers. The same pains keep showing up: daytime queues never end, nights and holidays are empty, peak seasons burn out staff — and AI platforms often lock you into opaque credit bundles. So we focused on the two channels merchants ask for most: LINE Official Accounts in Taiwan, and on-site chat for brand sites / DTC stores — each as a self-serve product, with project work for mini-programs, apps, or custom integrations.

Under the AskShop AI parent brand, LineFlow AI (Taiwan LINE) and ClerkMint (web / cross-border) share one philosophy: one store, one brain; isolated knowledge; editable brand and promos; BYOK so you control model cost. Roughly 80% of common support cases go live on a standard product; the rest is scoped as custom — without forcing a heavy build on day one.

How we deliver

Self-serve wizards for standard products; paid setup and bulk FAQ import when needed. Mini-programs, apps, or AI-only integrations are quoted separately from subscriptions.

  • One store, one brain: brand name, current promos, FAQ, and chats stay isolated per merchant.
  • Clear pricing: LINE quarterly / annual plans; transparent web subscriptions. Bulk FAQ import is an add-on.
  • Standard first, custom when clear: LineFlow / ClerkMint cover ~80%; deeper builds are scoped as projects.
  • What we don’t pretend to be: not an omnichannel push / seat war with giant suites; marketplace in-app chat and deep WeChat ops are separate evaluations.
